Frequently Asked Questions

After you sign up for your trial you get access to all of the Lighthouse plan features for 30 days. As you near the end of your trial we'll notify you so you have the option to enter your credit card information for a paid plan.
You can choose one of our three plans from within your Constant Status account at any time during the trial and at the end of the 30 day trial your credit card will be charged for the selected plan. Contact support if you prefer to pay by invoice on the Lighthouse Plan. If you choose to sign up for a paid plan your trial account will become your permanent Constant Status account and all of your customizations, data, and history will remain intact.
Constant Status plans are month-to-month or yearly. You can start/stop your service or make changes to your plan subscription at any time and it will take effect at during your next billing cycle.
Our pricing plans are a blended rate of the combination of features, users, and subscribers available in each plan.
There may be additional charges if you are already on the Lighthouse plan and still need to add additional users, which is $15/user/month, or if you require a large amount of subscribers need to be notified frequently. Please contact support for more information.
There is more than an adequate amount of 'subscribers' included in each plan and they are treated differently than 'users'. You have the option to upgrade to the next plan to increase your allowable subscriber count, but if you are on the Lighthouse plan and need to send notifications to a large army we have pricing available.
A user is a word we use to call anyone that is an admin, manager, approver, or anyone that is part of the process of sending out notifications. Subscribers are not counted as users. If you require more users you can upgrade to the next plan which also provides you with additional features. If you are already on the Lighthouse plan just add more users and you will continue to be billed at the same per user monthly rate.
We use a trusted 3rd party that handles all of our credit card transactions, so we don't even have access to your credit card!
